In northern Michigan there are many old logging roads that are not maintained by the counties and not snow plowed in winter, etc. If you are adventurous, though, and your car is sturdy, these trails are glorious to explore in autumn. When I captured this image near Cadillac Michigan I was on a narrow road that was one car wide. The autumn leaves formed a dome over my head and I could not see the sky. The very air appeared orange. It was one of those autumn moments you don't forget. The Fine Art America logo will not appear on ordered prints.
